    Abbie Miller

    Abbie owns Miller Headshot Co. in Brookfield, Wisconsin. She is a Certified Professional Photographer, PPA Counselor, Chair of the Imaging USA Speaker Selection Committee and the founder of The Headshot Conference, the first conference built just for working headshot photographers. When not behind the camera, she is a dedicated coffee drinker, has a healthy addiction to her Peloton, and is an avid reader. She can be found nightly sharing the couch with Ivy the Golden Retriever.

    Pat Miller

    Pat hosts the Professional Photographers of America podcast, The Professional Photographer, and his weekly show, Businessing with Pat Miller. He founded the Small Business Owners Community and has produced six in-person conferences for that group. These days he's training small business owners on how to take advantage of Claude to power up their business, so he can carve out more time to play golf and cheer on the only football team that matters: Da Bears. And he's fortunate enough to be married to your conference creator and host, Abbie Miller.

    Questions, answered

    Who is this for?

    Working headshot photographers, and studios that want to grow the headshot side of their business. It's not a beginner camera class.

    When does it start and end?

    Arrive Sunday, March 14. The pre-con workshops run during the day, and the welcome reception starts at 5:30 PM. Main stage sessions run all day Monday and Tuesday.

    How much are tickets?

    $699 through Monday, November 30, 2026, then $799. Starting Monday, March 1, 2027, tickets are $899. The Sunday workshops are an add-on, with pricing coming soon.

    When do tickets go on sale?

    Wednesday, November 11, at noon Central. Waitlist members get a 48-hour head start.

    Can I get a refund or transfer my ticket?

    Yes. Plans change, so you've got three options. Move your ticket to next year, transfer it to a friend, or cancel by February 1, 2027, for a full refund, less processing fees.

    Where should I stay?

    At the Loews Chicago O'Hare Hotel, where the conference happens. Our group rate is $169 a night for a king or 2 double beds. Book your room here by February 22, 2027, to get that rate.

    Can I bring a second shooter or partner?

    Yes. Everyone in the room needs their own ticket.

    Will sessions be recorded?

    This one is built for the room. Plan to be there in person.
